Fall Newsletter

Right before school starts we try to get our last minute shopping and vacations in. Lots of hustle and bustle buying school clothes and supplies!!!!

Now we can take a breather and enjoy all of the many favorites of fall. My favorite things are to visit the Renaissance festival, apple orchards, take a drive up to Duluth and look at the beautiful colors and enjoy the current calmness of Lake Superior. There is so much natural beauty in Minnesota & Wisconsin.

Another one of my favorite activities is to buy investment properties and homes. This is a good time to negotiate a better deal on a home especially if it is vacant and the seller needs to sell.

I look for opportunities on homes that have been in the market or over 90 days that might have been originally listed too high for the condition of the property. Sellers tend to get really tired after 30 days of their home being on the market. This means you have more negotiating room on price!!!! I work with many investors, property managers, and wholesalers looking for opportunities. There are several things you want to look at like what would be your return on investment, cap rates, investment, and capital.

If you are interested in fall opportunities feel free to reach out.
